Job Description

Office AdministratorLocation: Coleshill Job Type: Full-time , Immediate StartGRG are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join my clients team and contribute to the smooth functioning of their office operations.As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the overall efficiency of the office. You will work closely with various departments and provide essential support to employees and management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support - Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and restocking as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Assist in organising and schedulingmeetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Record Keeping and Data Entry - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee databases, client information, and other essential documents. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication and Coordination - Act as a liaison between various departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Distribute internal communications and announcements as needed.
  • Assistance to Management - Provide support to executives and managers as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Experience:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
