Job Description

Willmott Dixon is currently looking to recruit an Administrator on a 11 month fixed term contract to suppOur midlands finance team are the commercial link between us and our supply chain and customers. We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join uson a 11-month fix-term contract.As an Administrator you will have good organisational skills and attention to detail, and you will work well in a fast paced and sometimes deadline driven environment.Main responsibilities will include:* Expense checking via in house portal* Document Control* Post Customer invoice approval via in house portal* Cashflow record keeping* External archiving responsibility* Goods Partner Overhead* Invoicing approval via in house portal* Purchase orders and expenditure record keeping* DocuSign set up Essential and Desirable Criteria The ideal candidate:* Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Excellent written skills; grammar, spelling and composition* Excellent attention to detail* Previous administration experience What we offer At Willmott Dixon we provide an inclusive and flexible working environment for people to thrive in and we are happy to support agile/flexible working.
