You have our word on it.Based in Leicestershire, we operate nationwide with over 60 showrooms and 15 regional distribution centres.We have a unique business model where we have opportunities for self-employed, independent joiners to join us. We can ensure you have a constant flow of work, with no pricing, no selling, and no chasing payments. You will have all the flexibility and benefits of being self-employed, without the risk and hassle.We provide you with all the support you need to be successful, our bespoke phone app takes care of all the detail and business elements allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: fitting our high-end products, taking pride in your workmanship and seeing our customers’ reactions to how you have transformed their home.You will have the flexibility, autonomy and earnings that come with being your own boss, yet will be part of a wider team and part of the Hammonds family. You will have as much work as you want, with our highest-earning joiners taking home over £70,000 per annum.We offer fully-paid initial training, a paid induction and as you get to know our products and processes, you move into a self-employed role where you can earn from £1,000 - £2,000 per week paid weekly. It will be up to you how much you earn.You will be installing our stunning quality fitted furniture to an exceptionally high standard, transforming our customers’ rooms to a high-quality finish so you must take pride in the difference you can make to their homes.All you need to join is your own van and tools.We are looking for 2nd fit joinery/carpentry experience, a passion for quality workmanship, and a positive approach to your work.Apply now to find out more about this role and how we can work together.
