Role: Subway SupervisorLocation: Waresley, DY11 7XRHours: Part-Time / Full-Time AvailableHourly Rate: £10.00 per hourBonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive!What will my role look like As a Subway Supervisor you get to use your motivational skills and help manage a small energetic team alongside the Store Manager. Your team will be inspired, coached and mentored by you and will follow your strong leadership and guidance;you will also use your initiative and make decisions that impact the store. Your main priority will be to ensure that you and the team are happy, produce fresh quality food and provide excellent customer service.Subway is the largest sandwich chain in the world! • Supervisory / Team Leader experience is desired or
• Catering / Restaurant / Retail experience and you are ready to progress into a management role
• Amazing customer service and people skills
• Flexibility with working hours / early morning starts
