What will my role look like as a Flex ManagerAs a Greggs Flex Manager you are still a full-time manager but you will manage a variety of our stores as and when required to cover periods of annual leave, sickness or to support existing managers.You are in charge of all aspects of the store you are covering including:

• Motivating, coaching and training teams
• Meeting sales and profitability targets
• Banking and finance duties
• Stock take and deliveries
• Ensuring stores look vibrant and have a great atmosphere
• Ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service every time

This isnt a back office job, prepare to roll your sleeves up to get involved in food preparation and engage with our amazing customers!Having flexibility to work at different store locations and working hours is essential to this role. It takes commitment, hard work and dedication to be a successful Flex Manager but dont be fooled, this doesnt mean you cant have fun and enjoy the benefitsand rewards that this role brings.Lets not forget the progression opportunities! You will be considered for any Area Management / Senior roles that arise! • Have flexibility on working locations and successfully manage stores which need your help
• Travel to different store locations to support existing store managers or cover absences
• Ensure our teams provide a fantastic customer service experience
• Coach, mentor and motivate teams to achieve amazing results and delegate tasks
• Look to drive store profitability and meet targets
• Prepare and serve our popular well-loved products
• Complete administration, stock take and banking / finance duties
• Be happy, friendly, smile and have fun!
