* Manage a portfolio of c.80 residential properties* £27-32k plus bonus* Full UK driving licence essentialOur client is a successful independent estate agency with multiple offices across South-West London. They currently have a vacancy for a Property Manager to join their residential lettings department, holding responsibility for an individual portfolio of c.80residential properties.Main duties:* Manage c.80 residential properties across South-West and Central London.* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and third-party contractors.* Arrange for maintenance/refurbishment works to be carried out.* Conduct property inspections and produce quarterly reports.* Complete pre-tenancy inspections.* Respond to and manage any complaints from landlords & tenants.* Ensure all safety certification is kept in-date.* Manage tenancy deposit returns and administer any DPS claims.* Key management.* Process invoices.To be considered for this position you need:* A minimum of 12 months experience of working as a Property Manager (essential).* A full UK driving licence (essential) - a pool car is available for use for appointments.* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and numerical skills.* Strong time management capabilities and to be highly organised.* A passion for providing a superb level of customer service.* The ability to use your own initiative and to solve problems.Additional information:* The basic salary will be between £27-32k, depending on experience.
