They are a friendly and customer service focused company with strong integrity and a good company culture.The Property Management Administrator will be an integral part of the Property Management team! Supporting them with their day to day tasks, enabling a smooth and effective service for tenants and landlords.Key Responsibilities * Ensure all compliance certification documentation, such as EPC, EICR, and GSCs, are up to date and filed correctly* Organise new compliance certifications to be completed when necessary* Processing all new invoices for repairs and maintenance works* Ensuring any council tax and utility bills between tenancies are paid accurately* Chasing outstanding utility payments from current and past tenants* Providing smooth check-in and check-out processes for all tenants and landlords* Support the office with general administration duties, such as ordering stationary and document filing* Provide key support to the Property Managers when neededKey Requirements* At least 6 months property management or property management administration experience* Highly organised* To be a team player, assisting the team when needed* Fantastic customer service skills* Experience in a fast-paced environment* Excellent written and spoken EnglishIf you have the relevant skills and experience and want to work for a reputable and fast growing property company, get in touch today!Apply via the advert today or contact Emma Smith directly at GKR London Recruitment - Office Support division.
