Talk to peope on the street that look young and in the mood to have fun/go out.2. Tell them about our high end cocktail bar. Encourage them to check it out. Give them a coupon which entitles them to a discount once redeemed at the bar.3. At the end of the day you will get paid: £6p/h + £1 per coupon that you gave people and was redeemed at the bar + 2% commission of the TOTAL SALES for that day that you worked. This remuneration structure will be trialed, reviewed and adjousted in coorperationwith you. We want you to make money!Here an example:1. You worked 6hs = 6x £6p/h = £362. You gave out 100 coupons that day and 65 of those were redeemed at the bar: 30 x £1 = £303. The total day turnover was £3000: £3000 x 2% = £60You get for that day: £36 + £65 + £60 = £161
