Job Description

IFA AdministratorWandsworth£26,000 - £27,000Anthony Alexandra are currently working with a reputable Independent Financial Advisers. Our client has been very successful and due to their emphasis on growth have an additional requirement for an IFA Administrator to join their growing ambitious team.Duties include:

  • Provide support to Financial Advisers and Directors
  • Processing new business
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to date client records on server and back office systems
  • Pension transfers
  • Review client reports & fact finds
  • Preparing packs to be sent with advice reports
    • To be considered for the IFA Administrator role, candidates should have the following skills and experience:
  • Over 12 months experience working within an IFA environment
  • Previous experience within an Administration role
  • Good general knowledge of Investments, Pensions and Protection Products
  • Achieved or studying toward professional qualifications would be an advantage
