With over 550 employees across Manufacturing, QESH and Engineering, experience here can lead to excellent career opportunities both in Wakefield and further afield across other GB sitesand Pan-European locations.What you become part of:This OE Manager role will be to enable execution of the CCEP Operational Excellence programme at site level by building a strong continuous improvement culture as well as realizing tangible results, by setting the agenda and targets to apply CCEP standard improvementprocesses and tools on appropriate projects and conducting the technical training to uplift the level of knowledge across the site.What to expect:Execute and drive the Operational Excellence (OE) roadmap for the site, applying the CCEP OE framework based on the Bronze, Silver, Gold levels. Establish and develop OE leadership, capability and performance management; Focused Improvement, Continuous ImprovementProjects, Frontline CI activities (covering systematic root cause and complex problem solving) and measuring real financial results arising from operational/process improvement projects Work with relevant functional leads and line managers to carry out gapanalysis against the CCEP OE assessments: prepare and complete action plans for Autonomous Maintenance, targeted improvements, productivity, QESH and customer-service standards; complete audits; identify trends and support implementation Lead the TechnicalTrainer team, providing advice on technical learning, and support the team to plan, conduct and follow up training and capability matrix for the siteSkills & Essentials:Previous experience of implementing performance improvement programs using industry-recognised approaches (TPM, CI, Lean, Six Sigma etc.) Leadership ability in a continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environment Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalentexperience Previous experience of performance improvement methodsIdeal candidate will have:Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a Team and Network Problem Solving skills Leadership skills #ACoca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is a major fast-moving consumer goods business and the world’s largest independent Coca-Cola bottler.
