Job Description

We are a leading recruitment company, seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor on behalf of our prestigious client based in Walthamstow. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual eager to embark on a rewarding career in the mortgageindustry and grow within a supportive and high-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing tailored mortgage advice to clients under the guidance of experienced advisors, ensuring solutions meet their unique financial needs and circumstances.
Learn to conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial situations, including income, expenditures, and existing assets, to determine the most suitable mortgage products.
Support in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Assist in staying abreast of market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date and compliant advice.
Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to understand and negotiate favorable terms for clients.
Support in managing the mortgage process from initial consultation to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
Learn to collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and compliance officers, to ensure all documentation and processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

CeMAP qualification or willingness to work towards achieving it.
