Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Management Accountant to join one of Londons largest property developers as a Management Accountant for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Paying £55-60k and based in North London (Hybrid Working- 3 days a week in the office),this role will involve management accounting as well as project accounting and budget management.The Role

  • Production of the timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting, including profit and loss account and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Key role in setting the annual overhead budget, monitoring variances, and following up variances with all relevant departments.
  • Managing drawdowns for development projects and funding of transactions
  • Production of statutory financial statements for assigned subsidiaries and joint ventures.
  • Responsible for the production of monthly or quarterly board packs, including feasibility, cash flows, distributions and capitals calls for assigned entities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including tax (VAT, CIS and corporation tax packs and returns), banking (bank compliance reporting) and corporate (filing of accounts and parent company exemptions)
Your Profile
  • You will need to be a qualified accountant with extensive management accounting experience.
