Are you ready to make a profound difference in the lives of young learners Were on the lookout for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join one of our Schools.As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, youll play a pivotal role in providing tailored support and guidance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.About the Role:

Assist the class Teacher in creating learning plans and in lessons to meet the unique needs of each student.
Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes emotional well-being and builds confidence.
Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure holistic support for students.
Utilize creative teaching methods and resources to engage students and facilitate their academic and personal growth.
Monitor student progress and adapt accordingly to maximize learning outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working with SEMH students preferred.
Strong understanding of SEMH challenges and effective strategies for supporting students.
Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Dedication to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
