Job Description

You will act as the first point of contact, providing information on the Sunbelt Rentals network of ServiceCentres and responding to any related queries. Therefore a can do attitude is a must to ensure that the customers requirements are addressed.The Customer Service Executive role is both busy and varied and you will act as a point of contact for all Sunbelt Rentals network of Services Centres on all Customer Experience related queries. You main duties will include handling the main general enquiryphone line for the business, ensuring our customers are served by the appropriate Department. You will assist the Customer Experience team to drive service delivery standards within our Service Centre network, by evaluating pre-recorded calls, against pre-definedevaluation criteria. You will also produce, collate, and issue reports to support the business and the Customer Experience team.The Customer Experience Team also ensure all complaints are handled effectively and fairly, in line with company policy.   • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call centre environment
  • Good working knowledge of the construction and/or plant hire industry would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided
  • An effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach
  • Flexible and self-motivated, youll take the initiative and be keen to embrace new training opportunities
  • Great communication skillsboth verbal and written
  • Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT/Computer skills. MS Office including Excel and Outlook & experience of database entry.
