Would you like to join a well-known health care organisation and further your Management Accountant skills Do you have experience budget setting and forecasting Are you looking for a highly flexible and hybrid working pattern If so, look no further!Robertson Bell are assisting this organisation to recruit an Interim Senior Management Accountant on an initial six-month contract, with potential for extension. They are currently operating on an attractive hybrid working pattern – asking a minimum of twodays per week be spent in the London office.The Interim Senior Management Accountant’s key responsibilities will include:

Closing month end (journals, prepayments, accruals), reconciling the deferred income, budgets, and balance sheets.
Producing the variance analysis to run through with Senior Stakeholders and Directors.
Creating commentary ready for the Finance Manager to take into meetings, convey the results and run meetings that the Finance Manager is unable to attend.
Monitoring the team – ensuring the work is coordinated and deadlines are being met by the junior staff members.
Budgeting and forecasting, occasionally supporting with the preparation of business cases.

The successful Interim Senior Management Accountant will have:

Recent experience working in a similar Finance Manager/ Senior Management Accountant role, with a strong background in budget setting.
Experience using financial accounting softwares and Excel in previous roles, with the ability to use VLOOKUPs, formulas and pivot tables.
A solution driven and adaptable mindset, with willingness to build strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders and Directors.
Experience managing a team of at least one person.
