Job Description

AuditManager(HR Processes)90K - £100K + Excellent Benefits + Flexible Working*My leading, Financial Services Clientis on the search for a highly skilledAudit Managerto join their growingInternal Audit Function focused on HR Processes. This role is a Hybrid-Role based in London, United Kingdom.Within this role you will report directly tothe Audit Director and work closely with the Senior Audit Manager.Responsibilities of Audit Manager (HR Processes):

  • Performing internal audits in accordance with professional standards to ensure that internal controls are appropriately designed and operating effectively.
  • Planning and documenting internal audits in accordance with the internal audit plan, audit methodology and professional standards under the direction of the Internal Audit Management.
  • Effectively contribute to all and any Internal Audit activities as and when required.
  • Testing the effectiveness of the key controls identified.
  • Validating with management in resolution and implementation of corrective action plans.
Essential skills:
  • You have profound experience in the People (Human Resources) area and have worked at least 7 years as an internal auditor
  • You possess good knowledge and understanding of Human Resources processes and internal controls systems. Experience in Accounting and Finance will be an added advantage.
  • You have experience and knowledge of Auditing Standards
  • You hold an internal audit certification or committed to obtain such certification (for example CIA, CISA, CFA)
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
