Position: Emergency Call HandlersLocation: WakefieldHours: Shift Pattern - 24/7 365 role with a mixture of Mornings, afternoons, and nights, will include weekends and bank holidays, candidates would need to be fully flexible.Salary: Days £11.11 Per hour, Nights and Saturdays £15.00 Per hour, and Sundays and Bank Hols £18.78 Per Hour, paid weekly in arrearsHR GO are currently seeking candidates to join a busy emergency contact center team working in Wakefield and Rotherham. The roles are full time and temporary to permanent for the right candidate. The roles are subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS checkprior to commencement.Key Responsibilities:As a call handler you will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers. Using software systems to record patients demographics and basic clinical information, you will assess their condition and ensurethey are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional.You will provide assessment, basic advice and health information to patients calling 111, supporting them to access the appropriate level of care including advice to manage their symptoms at home.Skills and experience:
