Are you a Healthcare Assistant/ Mental Health Support Worker looking for a new opportunity within one of the countrys most established private mental health hospitals treating 69 service users within 48 acres of pristine gardens. Services within the hospital include CAHMS - Acute Tier 4 Unit, All Female High Dependency Unit and Adult Acute Service Unit. The hospital also runs a Young People and Adults Outpatient Service. Location - Wadhurst, East Sussex Hours - Full Time / Part Time Pay - £11.25 Ltd Days - £11.75 Ltd Nights/ Saturdays - £12.25 Ltd - Sundays **EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY WITHIN ONE OF THE LARGEST MENTAL HEALTHCARE ORGANISATIONS NATIONWIDE**Daily Duties The focus of your role will be to support the qualified staff with the primary delivery of care to the services patients. You will be working within a hospital with two acute adults psychiatric wards and two CAHMS wards (male and female) carrying out personal care and support towards mental health. All the service users will have varying degrees of mental health severities which will require an individual and tailored approach in their care. Therefore, it is crucial you are a team player, outgoing and strong at building relationships.
