Job Description

**Must have previous experience in Domiciliary care to apply for this role**I am working on behalf of an established supported living company that are now looking to develop a new domiciliary care service for the elderly in Walsall!The company have been operating from 2018, currently have 7 services and have developed an excellent reputation with the Walsall local authority which means they are receiving lots of referrals for Domiciliary care.The Company:

The role:

Establish this new registered CQC service
Focusing on recruitment and building a team
Liaise with the local authority
Bringing in new clients. Risk assessments, support plans etc.
Innovative ideas to continue growing the branch

Required competencies:

Previous experience in setting up domiciliary care service highly desirable
Proactive and ambitious manager
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
People management skills
Excellent personal skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
