Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors with previous experience who are looking to further their career.This is a permanent, full time position with a mix of working from home and from the Walsall office.Pay Rate- £21,414 per annumWhat will you be doing- Providing assistance with customer queries relating to products and policies- Offering additional products where appropriate- Providing professional and helpful assistance to customersTraining and support will be providedWhat are we looking for- Good listening skills- Detail oriented- Eagerness to learn- Dedicated to great customer experience- Computer literateShifts (40 hours per week)- Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm- Saturday 8am - 4pm- Sunday/Bank holiday 10-4pmDue to the nature of the role, successful candidates must be able to pass a DBS check.Cordant People are an equal opportunity employer
