As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will partake in an intensive 6-month training and development programme; this will give you the foundations needed to launch your successful Recruitment career.The role of a Trainee Recruitment ConsultantAs a graduate, you will join the business as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and join the rigorous learning & development programme. This will put you on track for your first promotion in 6 months as a 360 Consultant, where you will be responsible for the who process. On a day to day basis, you will be doing the following:

Developing relationships between clients and generating new business

Writing job adverts

Screening CV’s and interviewing candidates

Negotiating terms of business and maintaining successful client relationships

Hitting and exceeding targets
