Job Description

Floor Supervisor Duties

As Floor Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact for a variety of corporate clients for all of their hospitality requirements including tea points and staff dining.

The Floor Supervisor will have ownership for our staff dining sector, and will be expected to be very hands one with this position getting involved int eh daily tasks with the team.

You will be supervising a small team of 4 to deliver hospitality throughout the building and the local area, this is a hands on role.

Placing orders for the staff issue points at clients request

Daily liaising with the hospitality manager.

Making sure all tea points remain clean and tidy.

What are we looking for

Solid supervisory experience in corporate catering is required

Proactive and hands on

Able to manage team of 4

Computer literate

Flexible shifts between 6.30am and 7pm

Relationship management is key to success in this appointment, so an ability to engage well with colleagues and guests alike is key.
