We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our environment.The RoleWe are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing start up in London. This hands-on customer facing role requires business process design and optimisation experience, backed by a strong technical background to leverage Salesforce out of the box’ functionality, and recommend extending the platform/s where appropriate. You must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open, transparent and relentless in your quest to maximise business value for our customers.The opportunity sounds a candidate with an entrepreneurial drive ready to take the next big step in their career.Responsibilities

  • Facilitate business process discovery workshops, capture and be able to articulate customer requirements
  • Prepare customer facing presentations including scope, high level solution design and proposal estimates that align with our customer’s strategy, objectives, timelines and budget
  • Leverage Salesforce best practices and outside the box’ thinking to design innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Create and manage a backlog of well-formed user stories and deliver with our technical teams; track and ensure projects are on time, in scope and within cost
  • Engage, align, support and train various stakeholder groups from C-Suite to business users throughout the project lifecycle - scoping, development, testing, deployment, go live, aftercare
  • Foster and maintain key relationships with partners and peers to drive transparency and alignment
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service, retain and cultivate accounts
  • Share your expertise, mentor and support internal team members

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field or equivalent; 5+ year’s work experience
  • 2+ years hands-on experience delivering end-end solutions on the Salesforce Platform/s
  • Certified Salesforce Consultant on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Analytics Cloud beneficial
  • Strong customer facing skills with excellent presentation, spoken and written communication, and receptive listening skills
  • Detail and results oriented self-starter who makes things happen in a fast paced environment
  • Strong problem solving skills, a logical, analytical thinker, committed to constant upskilling
  • Experience working from start to finish in an agile-led environment with geo-located teams
