Your days will be filled with purpose asyou perform Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Act assessments, placement requests, and manage complex cases. You will also collaborate with health professionals, attend essential meetings, and act as a safeguarding enquirer. The ideal candidate will bringa diverse set of skills to the table, including experience in conducting Care Act and Mental Capacity Act assessments, managing complex cases, and collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
