Recruitment Consultant

  • Location: Uxbridge (covering Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: Competitive with uncapped commission
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR division. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for recruitment and business development. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in expandingour presence across the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire areas. Day to day of the role:
  • Identifying and securing new clients and candidates through proactive outreach, meetings, and strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle to ensure a seamless process and high satisfaction levels for all parties involved.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Striving to meet and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Embracing challenges and working effectively under pressure to achieve personal and professional goals.
