We are looking for someone to be a Buddy and Mentor for an 11 year old boy with Autism. The aim of working with him will be to build his self-confidence, improve his wellbeing, do some physical activity and developing life skills. The reason for it is help him transition back into a school setting. You will fun to be with and want to support this boy in his growth.This is a great opportunity for someone to get their first steps in a career to work with Children and Young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Autism.This role is a few hours in the afternoon, Monday to Friday, and is located in Uxbridge.About ASENDASEND is a highly specialist SEND business, placing dedicated SEND professionals in schools and services throughout the UK.We were established in 2011 with the aim of supplying the education sector with the expert SEND staff it needs, and have since had success placing professionals into schools, colleges and services all over the country.
