Job Description

Our client based in Trafford Park are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Manager to join their team due to their growth. Our client prides themselves on having a great team culture with a strong work ethic. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic,ambitious and want to be part of a growing company.Responsibilities:You will respond to inbound maintenance queries relating to faulty fixtures across our wide client base.

  • Respond to 1st and 2nd line support queries
  • Resolve queries
  • Act in a professional and efficient manner
  • Process the maintenance tickets by utilising the IT system
  • Aim to resolve technical queries over the phone by talking the customer through a repair
  • Apply technical diagnosis and resolve by determining parts and actions required
  • Liaise with the warehouse team for spare parts
  • Collaborate with coordinators and partners to resolve issues onsite within SLAs
  • Feed into monthly maintenance report on issues and trends
Skills required:
  • A technical mind-set - you will be trained on specifics
  • To enjoy working as part of a team
  • Familiarity of working with subcontractors
  • To analyse, find solutions and make decisions
  • A driven approach to meet process and SLA requirements
  • Flexibility to react and adapt to rapidly changing scenarios
  • Effective communication including verbal and nonverbal
  • Strong organisation with an attention to detail
  • Resilience and positive attitude to changing situations
  • Good IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm depending on workload
