Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a large, global brand who are looking to add a Finance Analyst (Power BI) to their team. This award winning business keeps the customer at the heart of its business and they are continuing to grow, nearing£1bn t/o to date. This is fantastic support team to join with a fantastic culture. This role is working across the Group and reporting into the FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for reporting and analysis on a number of departments across the business. You’ll be involved in meetings, budgets, KPI reviews and will aid sound decision makingacross the business. Production of monthly board reports which offer insight with analysis for key stakeholders, to assist in their decision making process
Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Report on actuals vs. forecasts and provide analysis and recommendations
Use of Power BI and Excel to create MI reports for stakeholders across a range of departments
Challenge the status quo – we encourage you to be innovative with reporting and adapt to a changing environment.
Any ad-hoc finance/business reporting as reasonably requested.
Contribute to key business decisions.

Experience & Skill Requirements:

2-3 years’ experience in a Finance Analyst role
1-2 years’ experience with Power BI for data visualisation
Experience with Excel to intermediate level is essential, dealing with large data sets and complex financial models
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail and accuracy in all outputs.
Strong commercial acumen
Good communicator with the ability to build relationships a with stakeholders.
Proactive and resilient self-starter, a team player, passionate and motivated with the ability to inspire others around them
