Job Description

We are recruiting for a global specialist and technology partner in the supply of plants and services for processign grain and food as well as for manufacturing high-grade materials. The group holds leading market positions as a provider of flour productionand feed manufacturing installations, but also pasta and chocolate lines and aluminium die casting systems. The employer is a privately owned Swiss company with some 10,000 employees worldwide.Key Roles:

  • Operator of Sieve recovering service.
  • Operation of washer, oven, sandblaster, sieve tensioning tables.
  • Ensuring the equipment on site is kept maintained and running efficiently.
  • Quality control and inspection
  • Promote total quality management and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide efficient and professional operation of all production tools according to the Companys standards.
  • To be responsible for the quality of parts produced and ensure they conform to the company standards.
  • To check and assess whether sieve refurbishment can be undertaken together with supporting reporting documentation.
  • Timely processing of Work Sheets and associated reports
  • Compliance with Health and Safety at all times.
  • Use of hand tools
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a workshop production enviroment
  • Ability to work alone in the defined discipline and as part of a small team
  • Full driving licence
  • Passport (Proof of eligibility to work in the UK)

  • Competent PC and IT user.
  • Good time managment
  • Team player
