  • Who are we looking forDue to continued growth and an increasing customer base, we have an opportunity for an Inventory Logistics Coordinator to support the maintenance team with the timely and accurate input of stock on to warehouse management systems and the organisation of field engineer kit.Responsibilities of our Inventory Logistics Coordinator:
  • Respond to send out requests email and create ticket of the request processing through to completion.
  • Create picks in PHQ for all send out requests, ensuring transactions are closed in a timely fashion
  • Liaise with warehouse team for weights and dimensions package information.
  • Arrange shipments and provide tracking reference to client.
  • Coordinate with third party suppliers for outstanding deliveries.
  • Follow up and query information on replenishment of trunk kits.
  • Utilise company software systems to cleanse data, monitor and maintain low stock and generate accurate reports to update the team on availability of new parts
  • Monitoring of usage history to maintain stock supplies, ordering in line with lead times
  • Monthly insight on live device movement.
  • Update and maintain the administration of stock inventory using PHQ and bespoke asset and picking applications.
  • Organise and maintain documentation accurately.
  • Produce and monitor accurate fulfilment data, monitoring budget compared to cost.
  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Assists in raising purchase orders and invoicing for the team
  • Arrange work permits and book site visits with retailers and shopping centres.
  • Assist Maintenance Programme Manager with creating briefs and training materials on robust processes.
  • Assisting the management team with ad hoc task requests according to business needs
  • What you’ll need:
  • Administration experience.
  • Customer service awareness.
  • Warehouse/Inventory understanding and a knowledge of an asset management systems and its data
  • Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel knowledge, formulas e.g. VLOOKUPs, IF statements.
  • Driven to meet deadlines in line with compliance.
  • A strong organisational approach with great attention to detail.
  • A team player attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
  • A Proactive approach to getting things done.
  • Effective communication and ask questions when needed and for support.
  • Proactiveness to getting things done.
  • An effective communication style, both verbal and nonverbal.
  • Confident to work autonomously.
  • An excellent exposure to IT particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
