* Customer Service Advisor* Sales Advisor* AftersalesMBA are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work out of our clients prestigious Automotive Retail Centre in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will take inbound calls from our clients currentcustomers to book in their yearly MOT or service, whilst maximising the opportunity to upsell and cross sell products through establishing needs.In return, the Customer Service Advisor can expect a salary of £19,865 with a realistic OTE £22,625.
