Our team is dedicated to unlocking the potential in every child and ensuring they receive an educationthat meets their unique requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of SEN students
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
  • Implement and monitor individualised education plans (IEPs)
  • Foster a love for learning and encourage independence among students
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students, parents, and fellow staff members
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in special education needs
  • Passion for working with children with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Positive and patient approach to teaching
