Working closely with experienced SEN teachers and other professionals, you will have the opportunity toapply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans for students with special educational needs.
Support students social and emotional development, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Conduct observations and assessments to monitor students progress and provide feedback to the teaching staff.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, delivering targeted interventions where necessary.
Promote a safe and nurturing environment where students can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in Psychology or a related field.
Passion for working with children with special educational needs and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
Patience, resilience, and adaptability in supporting students with diverse needs.
Understanding of various learning difficulties and strategies to support students effectively.
