Working closely with experienced SEN teachers and other professionals, you will have the opportunity toapply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individualised learning plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Support students social and emotional development, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Conduct observations and assessments to monitor students progress and provide feedback to the teaching staff.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, delivering targeted interventions where necessary.
  • Promote a safe and nurturing environment where students can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelors degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Passion for working with children with special educational needs and a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Patience, resilience, and adaptability in supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Understanding of various learning difficulties and strategies to support students effectively.
