1-1 Tutor - NOT Group work - Chester/Ellesmere Port £30-£33 per hourPart & full time hours available, 1-2hr sessions per student within school hoursThe Education Network is Cheshires leader in providing 1-1 Tutors to students not accessing full time education. We have been specialists in this field for over 15 yrs & we work directly with mainstream, SEN schools as well as 7 education authorities andthis is expanding at a rapid rate, specifically within the Chester & Ellesmere Port areas.Were now looking to build upon our current bank of 1-1 Tutors teaching Maths, English and/or Science (any 1 of these subjects is ok!) Were based in Warrington, but can offer online registrations via teams/zoom or in person.Many of the young people we support on a 1-1 basis have mild, moderate & sometimes severe learning difficulties and/or SEMH issues. The majority are KS3 through to KS5 and many are dis-engaged, having not attended school for some time and as such can displaychallenging behaviour, or may have certain emotional barriers to learning. As a result, we are seeking Tutors with a flexible approach, who are resilient with a background in working hard to re-engage students.This can be a very rewarding role and suits Tutors who are seeking a part or full timetable to possibly work around another job, childcare, studies or simply just because you prefer to teach 1-1.
