Job Description

Our client is the UKs largest agricultural, construction and ground care machinery dealership, and they currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Office Administrator based at their Head Office in Ulting, Essex. (Near Maldon).Role Purpose (Sales Office Administrator):Working within a small team, you will be responsible for providing first class administrative service and support within the sales department, in addition to maintaining effective and accurate communications between suppliers and members of staff.Main Responsibilities/Requirements (Sales Office Administrator):vProcessing equipment orders and processing paperwork from Area Sales Managers and manufacturers.vStock analysis and control of construction equipmentvGain understanding of all areas in our sales processes for new and used agricultural and construction equipmentSkills/Experience required (Sales Office Administrator):• Previous office support experience• Knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel and Word• Accuracy with numbers• Knowledge of agricultural or construction machinery would be advantageous but not essential• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with suppliers and colleagues in a polite and professional mannerHours:42.5hrs per week - 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (1hr unpaid lunch).
