Job Title: Light Vehicle Technician (East Suffolk Services LTD)Location: East Suffolk Services Limited (ESSL) Ufford Depot, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP13 6ETSalary: £34,803.24 per annumJob Type: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per weekClosing Date: 11.30pm, 29 June 2023East Suffolk Services is an exciting place to work, delivering essential local services and making a real difference to a quarter of a million people across East Suffolk.We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Services Transport, Fleet and Workshop Team as a Light Vehicle Technician.The Role:East Suffolk Services are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, making correct judgements while operating under pressure to ensure that vehicles, plant and specialist vehicles/equipment are serviced, maintained and repaired in accordancewith appropriate legislation requirements (E.g. fleet procedure and European and British standards) to run alongside O licence, DVSA and manufacturer instructions.The Candidate will have:You will have a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance Repair, IRTEC registered and a City and Guilds full technical certificate in motor vehicle studies.A Category B Driving Licence is an essential requirement of this roleThe Benefits:
