Job Title: HGV Mechanic (East Suffolk Services LTD)Location: East Suffolk Services Limited (ESSL) Ufford Depot, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP13 6ETSalary: Up to £37,367.57 per annum (plus overtime)Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per weekClosing Date: 11.30pm, 29 June 2023East Suffolk Servicesis an exciting place to work, delivering essential local services and making a real difference to a quarter of a million people across East Suffolk.We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Services Transport, Fleet and Workshop Team as a HGV Mechanic.The Role:We are looking to recruit a conscientious individual to ensure that company fleet is serviced, maintained and repaired to a professional standard and in accordance with Operators Licence requirements to give an efficient and cost-effective service to thedepartment.What You Will Need:

• You will have a minimum of City and Guilds Part 3or IMI level 3 in motor vehicles studies qualification and excellent knowledge of vehicle maintenance standards required for HGV operation, IRTEC registered.
• You will also have an effective working knowledge of Health and Safety and its impact in vehicle repair operations.
• A Category C clean EU driving Licenceis an essential requirement of this role.
