Job Description

Multi- skilled Maintenance EngineerOn behalf of an excellent established client, we are looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer to join a busy engineering team. You must have experience of working within a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to join a solid teamand company.Role

To carry out planned preventative maintenance and support with breakdowns
To work on projects onsite
Design, build and install circuits and panels whilst fault finding and modifying existing circuits/panels
Diagnose, dismantle, repair and rebuild pumps and gearboxes
Liaison with Production to provide pro-active support ensuring maximum performance and efficiency of production runs
Compliance with all company ISO, SAP & HACCP procedures, ensuring all works are carried out in a safe, tidy and hygienic manner
Adherence to legislation and Company, hygiene, health and safety policies during all works in accordance with PPE requirements at all times
To support continual improvement through identifying site improvement projects and personal development opportunities to the Engineering Manager
Mentor apprentices to further develop their career

Person

Time served Engineer
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge - 50/50
Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
Experience in fault diagnosis in a production/manufacturing environment
Good working knowledge and experience of Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics.
Basic welding skills beneficial, with pipe fitting required but training will be given
