Job Description

A leading surgical equipment provider based close to Macclesfield, are looking to hire a Warehouse Controller / Co-ordinator. The role is varied and involves using an intricate ERP system to process orders. Other duties will include processing credits,picking, and packing orders, and dealing with the couriers. You must be computer literate for this role and able to pick up new systems and processes easily. The role will involve heavy lifting and being on your feet all day, so it is important that you arephysically fit and able to perform the duties required. You must hold a valid and full driving licence for this role. This is a permanent position and a competitive salary of up to £24,000pa is offered, along with generous annual leave entitlement of 25 days+ stat, private healthcare and much more. What will you be doing as a Warehouse Controller / Co-ordinator Use of ERP system (Business Central) to complete sales order, this includes picking, processing, and packing Receiving goods, checking, and booking in using ERP system Booking deliveries and collection with external couriers, including imports from abroad Raising credit requests and processing credits using ERP system Regular stocktakes using ERP system Stock rotation and replenishment General warehouse duties, ensuring floors are clean, all walkways are clear and fire exits are clear Use of Reach Truck (FLT) to unload wagons and store stock on racking. Ability to operate alone when Manager is on annual leave Use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel & Word) Drive to locations across the UK and deliver large systems, once possibly twice a week (van provided) We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Proven experience working as a Warehouse Controller / Co-ordinator / Assistant Previous experience using an ERP system to process / complete orders is required Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel & Word) Excellent communication skills and ability to work from your own initiative within a small team of 2 You must hold a valid and full driving licence for this role The role will involve heavy lifting and being on your feet all day, so it is important that you are physically fit and able to perform the duties required What will you get in return for your work as a Warehouse Controller / Co-ordinator Competitive salary of up to £24,000pa Working hours - Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm and 8:30am to 4.30pm on Friday 25 days annual leave + stat Private healthcare Enhanced contributary pension Free Parking If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV today!We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
