Summary The National Trust is renowned for its food and hospitality. Youll be based at Tyntesfield. What youll be doing As a Kitchen Assistant, your primary role will be focused on the back-of-house operations, ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen. Your responsibilities include maintaining a high standard of hygiene, washing dishes and kitchen utensils,and assisting in basic food preparations when necessary. Your ability to work effectively and collaborate with the kitchen team is essential.Youll be integral in keeping the kitchen environment organized and safe, adhering to health and safety standards. We provide training in areas like food safety and hygiene to equip you with the necessary skills for your role. There will also be opportunitiesfor further professional development and training to enhance your skills as a Kitchen Porter.
