Job Description

One of my clients based on the edge of Twyford is looking for a Sales person to join their team. Ideally this person has come from a Sales background (Recruitment or Estate Agent).This is a Monday to Friday hybrid role, for an exciting company who have seen a gap in the Market within their industry and want to grow.Duties

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new clients & expand customer base.
  • Pro actively build & manage a strong sales pipeline through social media outreach, networking, and face-to-face client visits.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, providing high-quality service and identifying up selling opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable artists for events.
  • Gather feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the company
Key skills
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and preferences
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings as required for client meetings and events.
  • Experience in producing sales reports and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to driving sales and building client relationships.
