Influencer Manager - Gaming IndustryLength: 18 monthsLocation: Atherstone - Remote / 1-2 times a month onsitePay Rate: £260PD - £280PD PAYE (equivalent to £300PD - £325PD via Umbrella)Engagement: Inside IR35 - PAYE via Trust in SodaTrust in Soda are partnered with an exceptional video game studio owned by one of the worlds biggest tech companies. This role plays a vital role in overseeing the diverse range of creator-driven programs associated with one of their award-winning online multi-playergames. This position calls for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who excels in communication, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and has experience in fostering engagement within online communities across multiple platforms.Central to this role is collaborating with the creator community to identify and recruit exceptional talent, while also streamlining operational processes to ensure efficient scalability. Proficiency in platforms like Discord, Twitch, and YouTube, as well asinnate talent in managing creators within these spaces, is essential.As a facilitator, the Influencer/Partner Manager will work closely with the community, inspiring, encouraging, and supporting them in creating various types of content.Responsibilities:

• Immerse oneself within the creator community, mentoring and managing Creators within the Partner Programme and Affiliate Alliance.
• Ensure smooth operation and scalability of the Partner Programme, collaborating with external vendors to establish a 24/7 point of contact.
• Collaborate closely with the broader community team to manage content and promotional calendars aimed at engaging creators and enhancing the quantity and quality of their output.
• Manage Partner Programme benefits, like streamer rewards, gift mailings, challenge prizes, in-game currency, codes for giveaways, custom servers and Twitch Drops
• Oversee areas of the website dedicated to creator engagement, ensuring that our creative community has easy access to the necessary tools, assets, and content.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of localized and international events focused on creators.
• Provide insightful feedback to the wider studio regarding the sentiments expressed within our creator community, addressing their primary requests and feedback.
• Generate regular reports evaluating the success of creator engagement activities and their broader impact on the franchise.

Desired Qualities/Experience:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including content creation for communication channels).
• Familiarity with the content creator space (Discord, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube) and its application to video games.
• Highly organized, capable of prioritizing and delivering on a high volume of tasks within designated deadlines.
• Experience in managing or operating within a gaming community.
• Proficient in organizing and driving various content and promotional programs (e.g., giveaways, contests).
• A strong understanding and instinct for what constitutes excellent gaming video content, with the ability to identify and curate such content effectively.
