Job Description

***REFUGEE HUB COORDINATOR ****** REFUGEE/HOMELESSNESS ****** BRISTOL ****** KINGSWOOD ******37.5 h ******£ 26,500 ***Brook Street Social Care is offering a new exciting and rewarding role within the Refugee Resettlement accommodation in Kingswood.The role is a first point of contact for Hub community enquiries, registration, and administration, coordinating bookings and providing a welcoming experience. You will carry out contract data processing and administration in line with agreed KPIs.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Build positive and effective working relationships and agreements with relevant external agencies and facilitators, volunteers, mentors Team.
  • Prepare and deliver regular management information and presentations for SGC, the Southwest Strategic Migration Partnership and others to promote the work locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • Work always within the Health & Safety and Environmental Health legislation and within safety guidelines established for the project, managing day-to-day operations of the hubs.
ABOUT YOU:
  • You have experience within Complex Needs, Refugees or Vulnerable Adults.
  • You are PROACTIVE, PASSIONATE, DRIVEN and ORGANISED.
  • You fully embrace the motivation and passion to advocate for individuals who have experienced homelessness /social exclusion.
