Job Description

Company Overview: Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate agency committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and dedication to building long-term relationships.As we expand our team, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Lettings Business Development Manager to join them.Position Overview: They are looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Lettings Business Development Manager. The primary focus of this position is to attend market appraisals, secure instructions, and contribute to the overallgrowth and success of our Lettings division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in lettings and a passion for business development.Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend market appraisals and successfully secure property instructions.
  • Generate market appraisals through both inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Ensure client retention and foster long-term relationships with landlords.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the landlord portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Head of New Business to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Handle offer negotiations and resolve tenant queries efficiently.
  • Coach and support the Lettings team, fostering a culture of success and development.
  • Meet and exceed annual and monthly targets to drive business success.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in lettings and business development within the real estate sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Package:
  • Base Salary: £30,000 per annum
  • OTE: £40,000-£45,000 (including a competitive commission structure)
  • Car Allowance
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (with a day off in lieu)
  • Benefits: CePap & ARLA/MARLA training, 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday (holiday increases with length of service)
