No guessing here, this role is vital in the productivity of the business.Right now, you will be the one who comes and adds so much value to the business, as an experienced PrintEstimator. Youll be sitting centrally between Client Services, Sales and Production, Youll be an absolute whizz on the MIS, in this case, its Shuttleworthbutthe experience of this particular one isnt a deal breaker.What is important though, is your knowledge of the Printing industry. Youll need to know your supplier base, youll need to know your substrates and be a dab hand at managing the process from start to finish. Here, everyone is on the ball, so quoting, followingup and also looking at estimating from a commercial perspective feeding back the market intelligence to the senior management team.You really will be the one with your finger on the pulse of this impressive operation.Talking of an impressive operation, the business has a great reputation within the world of Print. Theres not much they cant do. Commercial Print, Litho, Digital and of course Large Format.Producing everything in-house from their manufacturing facilityin the Midlands. Theres not much they cant print from Interior branding (think workspaces) through to Events, Exhibition and staging or Window Displays and retail graphics, promotion merch and even down to branded products, commercial printing and POS. Impressive.Im not sure what you want from a business but this place is a team that works very well together. Close-knit, got each others backs type of place. Its manufacturing, it can be pretty hectic, youll be in the mix from day and a welcomed addition to theteam. Youll be welcomed in, supported and embraced giving you the opportunity to be yourself and become an integral part of the team pretty quickly.This business has been in operation for 30 years.
