CNC SETTER OPERATOR - 4 Positions AvailableA niche manufacturing business in the Tamworth area, are looking for CNC Setter Operator to join. IMMEDIATE START IS OFFERED.Their products are supplied world-wide and they work with a wide range of different specialist industry sectors, such as motorsport and defence.A range of shift patterns are on offer and a range of skill sets are being considered so please contavct me to disuss this role further.The role is commutable from Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Tamworth, Birmingham, Brownhills, Cannock, Measham, Twycross and AtherstoneCNC Setter Operator Benefits:

CNC Setter Operator Duties:

• Technical Turning - Fanuc controls
• Doosan Lynx Twin spindle bar-feeds with live tooling
• Doosan Puma 2600y with live tooling
• Doosan Puma 2600 2 axis lathe
• DNM 4500 3 axis millers
• Hitachi hi-cell with live tooling
• 3 axis machining

CNC Setter Operator Requirements:

• Relevant experience of Turning and / or milling
• To have worked on lathes or millers
• Ideally Fanuc controls but development will be offered
• Must be able to read engineering drawings
• To have the ability to use measuring equipment
• To have the flexibility to work either Double day shift or Nights
