Job Description

Early Years PractitionerSalary: £23K - £25KLocation: LondonOur client are currently seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to support their Toddlers room. They are nurturing Early Childhood settings along with their caring, professional teams, providing a homely family-feel environment and high-qualityservice.They offer their team great training opportunities and support, excellent facilities, and the satisfaction of having the opportunity to deliver truly outstanding care for children. Due to their growing Nursery, they are looking for enthusiastic, energetic,and dedicated individuals to take advantage of this challenging and exciting opportunity within a stunning setting.Experience & Requirements:

  • Have a minimum level 2 or level 3 qualification
  • Ideally a minimum of 1-year experience.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS
  • Good understanding of Planning, observation, and Assessment
  • Understanding of childrens development needs and individual learning styles from birth to 5 years
  • You understand the importance of supporting childrens transitions
  • Have knowledge about the environments of Third Teacher
  • Unlocking Learning Outdoors
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Supporting your teams personal and professional development
  • Follow the procedures regarding Safeguarding children
