Job Description

Commercial Operations Director from a Construction or Engineering background required to embrace their entrepreneurial flair and drive further growth of our established business within current and new markets.Salary: £70,000-£80,000Benefits: Bonus & Other Company BenefitsHours of work: 8am- 5.30pm (flexibility for the role will be required)Based out of: Twickenham (you must live within a daily commute)As a privately owned, family run business operating within the Building and Construction service market (both commercial and residential) we enable design visions to become a reality. With a heritage boasting high profile projects, excellent quality and service delivery within an increasingly demanding industry our ability to swiftly adapt for clients is critical.Having led the business from inception, our Managing Director is looking to pass on the mantel to a fellow entrepreneur, someone who can successfully make their mark on our business (and industry) and expand into new market opportunities.Day to day, will see you based out of our Twickenham sales and operations site managing all functions including Technical Sales, Service, Marketing, HR & Finance whilst creating and driving a strategy for further growth within current and new markets.Ultimately you will:

  • Engage people, motivate individuals and their teams, empowering them to take ownership and thrive within their roles.
  • Have the foresight to observe what makes our business unique, how to position and successfully lead our next chapter of growth.
  • Display an aptitude to understand technical drawings, project specifications, and liaise with engineering/ construction experts.
