Job Description

1st LINE SUPPORT ANALYST MIDDLESEX 6 MONTH CONTRACT WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION GBP25 - GBP27K PRO -RATA We are currently working with a blue-chip insurance organisation who have asked us to invite applications from 1st Line Support Analysts to join them on an initial 6 month contract. This requirement is due to an increased level of support required throughout the organisation due to workload. As 1st Line Support Analyst you will be reporting directly to the IT Manager. You will provide first class customer service support to IT users across the Group, handling incidents, escalations and requests from colleagues in a positive, helpful and constructive manner with the end goal of high customer satisfaction. This includes responsibilities for 1st line desk side support, End User Compute (EUC) and IT Infrastructure tickets, service requests and incidents. To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following support skills gained in a similar environment: ESSENTIAL · MS Windows environment support - (Win10, Office 2016, Office 365) · Active Directory, Mobile Device Management (iOS profiling, Meraki, Intune) · Service Desk Processes (prioritisation, change control, incident/problem management) · Mitel SIP Telephony · Citrix Client Support · Backup Exec DESIRABLE · Applied Technology (TAM) · Networking · VMWare · SAN & NAS · Spiceworks ITSM Toolset If you are seeking a new opportunity that will give you exposure to new opportunities within 1st Line Support, this role may be the one for you.
