This is a global organisation based near to Cheshunt that have been trading for over 50 years.You will be working within a busy and vibrant office in an interesting role that offers variety and the opportunity to develop your skills.We are looking for someone with 3-5 years’ experience within International Logistics and you’ll need to be a confident communicator and able to liaise with people at all levels.Key Responsibilities:· Liaising with external suppliers regarding stock levels, perpetual inventory and reconciliations· Adding, controlling, reconciling stock and preparing reports· Arranging collection and delivery/transfer of goods, checking in deliveries and raising sales invoices· Passing purchase and transport invoices for payment· Liaising with external parties - suppliers, customers, hauliers and overseas offices· Liaising with internal departments - trading and accounts· Maintaining contract/virtual file with the appropriate information and copy documentation· Resolving queries in a timely fashion· Providing goods traceability reports for the Technical DepartmentWhat the employer is looking for:· 3-5 years international logistics experience is essential for this role· Intermediate Excel· Accuracy and attention to detail· Ability to work in a team· Interpersonal skills, unflappable nature· Communication· Flexible approach· Self-starterWhat’s in it for you:
